Install and manage two beehives on the roof of the city venue. Plan Bee worked with Marco Giannasi to involve local primary school and nursery children in the design and panting of the hives.
The hives produce nearly 50 jars of honey every year for use by multi-award winning Battlefield chefs in their main courses and deserts.
